Ever wonder why you haven’t yet found the love of your life?

It could have something to do with the stories you tell yourself about your general love worthiness.

Take some time today to dig into your past and unearth the stories that are sabotaging your success. Stories like:

- “I’m too old, fat, ugly, or screwed up to get love right”

- “I missed my chance to get love right. I’ll never get the chance again!”

- “My parents are right. No one will ever love me!”

Now’s the perfect time to break free from those old stories that just aren’t true! Regardless of how long you’ve been believing them, you can break free, starting today.

    Dear Lisa,
I find that it is hard to live up to the expectations of what a woman should look like. In the media, women that have love are young, fit and perfct and seem to have their life in order. I am not naive, I know that is not most women, but when you have insecurities like I do ie:bad sunspots on face, bags under eyes, stretch marks from pregnancy and have economic short comings, It makes it a little hard to break through and feel confident enough to even meet someone. You did hit the nail on the head when you mentioned past loves, I do compare all men with the only man I ever loved (who looked like Robert Downey Jr.)and then I tell myself “why are you so picky? You are not hot anymore!”
