Healed by the Holidays: Take time to face your fears

As I write in my book It’s A Breakup, Not A Breakdown and my follow up 21 day workbook, it’s important to fill your free time with self nurturing activities. It’s ALSO crucial to spend time alone, face your fears, and make peace with your inner critic.
LET yourself feel sad, miss your ex, and cry your eyes out.
HEAR those inner voices that tell you you may be single and alone FOREVER.
And then practice self love and self care to release those fears, heal your heart, and move on.
