It's safe (and kind of fun) to browse through all the people! I have been on several "dates" and they have all been very pleasant AND I get to practice my small talk skills, eye contact, etc. I'm not ready for big sparks yet, and that's fine. Just connecting with other humans has been enough for me, for now. I have to agree about using online dating as a tool to just get out there.
